About Denise Anderson

I came to Real Estate in 2003 after a long career in business, client services and real estate ownership of residential, vacation and investment property. This previous business experience included consulting as a principal in a small boutique partnership and as an independent in Asia and the US. My husband and I moved to the Desert as part of a planned transition, which included owning and managing several investment properties. I am a licensed Broker and full-time professional Realtor with an additional GRI designation, held by less than 5% of the licensees.

My goal is to make your real estate experience an easy and successful one, whether you are interested in buying or selling a home, a vacation home, investment or bank-owned property - including 1031 exchanges.
